Best thing I ate: Banana pudding is the perfect antidote to 2020

Is it too early for New Year’s resolutions? I think not. My first resolution for 2021 is to eat more banana pudding. I’d forgotten just how good banana pudding is until last week when I ate a pint of it from Beale’s Texas BBQ in Huntington Beach....
